The number of repetitions is higher if you compare it to plywood. For plywood, generally we get 10-12 repetitions. Whereas with WoWBoards, I’ve already used for 21 repetitions. I think I can use it for another 20 repetitions. This is the best material so far, I could say. Even the surface finishing is very good compared to plywood shuttering. In fact, de-shuttering agents like oil are not required. It is a smooth surface and easy to remove.

We used WoWBoards for our Slab Shuttering. In comparison to Plywood, we are pleased with the finish of WoWBoards. Plywood expands or contracts with weather changes, and sometimes we need to use excessive oil to get a better finish after multiple repetitions. After using WoWBoards, it appears that it’s beating plywood in all these aspects. It’ll achieve a higher repetition rate.

The boards have excellent properties to give a better finish to the concrete. Shuttering ply, when nailed (which is required), creates a hole, and the water seeps through and makes that area swell, which is then cut and discarded. As the boards are 100% waterproof, this issue is not there at all.
